1.The tenant/s must maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the unit at all times. Sticking, painting, drilling, loitering, and any form of vandalism on the walls inside the unit is strictly prohibited. 2. Tenants are encouraged to use the study area, pool, gym and other amenities as part of the condo amenities. Please follow the guidelines provided for each. Guidelines are provided by the Building Admin. 3. A telephone for emergency call at the lobby or for visitor notice is located inside the unit. 4. The tenant/s cannot accept boarders or bedspacers without the written consent of the condo owner. Violation of these rules can be used as grounds for ejectment of the tenant/s from the unit. 5 5. Regular garbage disposal will be the responsibility of the tenants. Garbage must be sealed in a plastic bag and disposed in the common garbage chute located at the hallway. 6. Drinking, smoking, and drugs inside the unit are strictly prohibited. 7. For safety, all electrical appliances must be switched off before leaving the unit. It is advised that tenants be conscious in using the lights and appliances to conserve electricity. All appliances should be unplugged every after use. 8. Laundry shops around the area can accommodate the laundry needs. Tenants are expected to bring only their necessary clothes and utensils. There is a designated cabinet adequate to accommodate only the necessary personal belongings. Bringing of unnecessary materials is not advisable. 9. Any damage to the unit will be charged to the two month security deposit of the tenant(s). 10. Key (2 pieces) will be provided to the tenant/s before the move-in date. Duplicate copy of the key if lost will be on the account of the tenant. This will be documented in the agreement. In connection with this, tenant is expected to return all keys on the move-out date. Please be aware that Building Admin charges key duplication of Php 1,500 each since the key is specifically designed to provide ensured safety. This cannot be duplicated anywhere else. 11. Safekeeping of gadgets (laptops, cellphones, and tablets), jewelries, and other personal belongings will be the sole responsibility of the tenant/s. The landlord shall not be liable for any lost item inside the condominium unit or in the premises of the building. 12. Changes and updates on the house rules will be made as needed.
